We can provide consultation services helping you value your company, provide value creation strategies, provide you with guidance when you are in negotiations or due diligence which involves a sale; however, this is a consultation service paid for in advance, not commission based on a successful sale, and we are not involved in the marketing of business for sale opportunities.

Typically, no. However, some companies have similar characteristics to our manufacturing clients, such as distributors or those providing services in the industrial space, thus there could be a mutual fit, and we should discuss. However, companies far from manufacturing, such as retail and restaurants, as examples, are not a fit.

Typically, no. Though Dr. Kipp Krukowski has provided expert witness services in the past, but due to current commitments and uncertainty regarding deposition and testimony scheduling, litigation projects requiring expert witness testimony are currently not being considered.

No. We work with business owners or company management to identify value creation opportunities however it is the responsibility of the business owner or their management team for implementation. Depending on the consulting arrangement, we can stay engaged during implementation process to provide continued coaching and consultation to help increase success.

We are typically not the lowest cost provider but that is not why most clients choose to work with us.
