Our credentialed professional staff hold designations that include the ASA MTS (Accredited Senior Appraiser in Machinery and Technical Specialties) from the American Society of Appraisers designation and the CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts designation, along with having received the CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) from the Exit Planning Institute and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) from the International Business Brokers Association designations. The firm’s origins trace back to a business brokerage that successfully completed over 100 transactions, many within the industrial markets and was recognized nationally for its work with manufacturing companies. Over time, our focus shifted to the more technical and analytical services of machinery and equipment appraisals and full-scope business valuations, with assignments conducted for privately held businesses, public corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions.
